Snow & Ice Management

Q. When do you apply salt?

A: After each time a parking lot is plowed an ice melter is applied. Also, all commercial account receive a pre-salt treatment before each storm.

Q. When do you plow?

A: The majority of our accounts are set up on a 2″ trigger depth. This means that once two inches of snow has accumulated on the parking lot, we will begin to plow. Walkways are attempted to be maintained free of accumulation at all times. Trigger depths are negotiable and can be changed to the specification of the client.

Q. How safe is salt on my concrete surfaces?

A: Rock Salt should never be used on concrete surfaces. All walkways are treated with Calcium Chloride which is the least corrosive of all salts.

Exterior Cleaning

Q: Will your company be using a pressure washer? I have heard they can cause damage.

A: What you have heard is very true. This is why you should be very cautious about whom you hire. A true professional pressure washing company will use the right specialty cleaners and use very low pressure to rinse away the dirt and mildew.

Q: Are you going to use chemicals? I don’t want my flowers and grass to be harmed.

A: We has spent considerable time exploring the right blends of cleaning agents that are biodegradable and effective, but will not harm landscaping. We are very careful around flowers. Sometimes a delicate species may have a tiny bit of browning. This is very temporary and 99% of the time the plant will come back greener and more in bloom then ever before.

Q: I am very conscious of environmental issues, could you tell me more about what happens to the cleaning water?

A: We are also very conscious of our impact on the environment. Our system of draining follows all E.P.A guidelines so you can be sure when the wash water hits the ground, there is not a negative impact on ground water or sewers.

Q: How long has the company been in business?

A: EasyPro is going into its fourth year. Previously EasyPro was held under two assumed names for two years. Since our founding EasyPro has been time loss injury free as well as complaint free with the BBB.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?

A: EasyPro carries all requisite insurance. Our liability policy covers up to $2,000,000 and all employees are covered by Workman’s Compensation. The state of KY does not require licensing for contractors though we do hold a business license in the cities which we work. We are also certified in many different areas, be sure to ask for more information when requesting a quote.

Q: A lot of companies say they are the best. How do I know I am getting what I pay for?

A: This is a very good point. We are very confident in our ability to make your experience a pleasant one. From the time you make the call our process is swift and efficient. We will get back to you within the day to either complete a holistic solution to your need/challenge or schedule an evaluation. As long as we have access to the property, you need not be home for this evaluation. Our solutions are concrete. The investment we quote is the investment you pay. Our customer list has grown considerably over the last couple of years and our referrals speak volumes. Be sure to look at our testimonial pageand see what others are saying.

Q: How do you handle scheduling and holding of dates?

A: Due to the high demand for our services, our desire is to serve all of our clients promptly & precisely. Therefore, we DO NOT HOLD ANY DATES until we receive FULL payment for any specific one time project(s). Once a project is paid for, we immediately incur commitments of time & resources along with infrastructure materials on your behalf, well in advance of any service dates. Due to time commitments and scheduling requirements, there are no refunds for cancellation of service prior to completion of the project. If you require special terms, we will do our best to facilitate your needs.
